Strip and pile foundations, structural steel, RSJs and lintels. Done in-house, signed off by structural engineers we know well.

Matching the existing facing brick or local Lincolnshire stone is what makes an extension look like part of the original building.

How long does a typical extension take?

A single-storey rear extension usually runs eight to twelve weeks from breaking ground. Two-storey extensions or anything with a complex roof tie-in run to fourteen to eighteen weeks.

Do you handle planning and building regs?

Yes. We work with two trusted local architects and can run the planning application from drawings through to discharge of conditions. Building control is included.

Can I stay in the house during the build?

Most clients do. We seal the existing house from the build area on day one and route services so kitchens and bathrooms keep working.
